Todd is the Fire Police 1st. Lieutenant of Volunteer Hose Co.#2 WHFD. Joining the department in 1986 he is a Life Member of the West Haverstraw Fire Department and Rockland County Volunteer Firefighters Association with 30+ years of active service. Having taken a brief hiatus from the department in 1994 to 1999 Todd has held several positions over the years that include, Interior Fire Fighter, Chauffeur, LOSAP Admin, House Committee, Executive Board and Web Master and continues his duties as one of the department's Fire Police Officers.
