Fire Police Captain — 23‑FP1

Todd Weiss serves as the Fire Police Captain of Volunteer Hose Co. #2 of the West Haverstraw Fire Department (WHFD). Joining the department in 1986, Todd is a proud Life Member of both the West Haverstraw Fire Department and the Rockland County Volunteer Firefighters Association, bringing more than 35 years of dedicated, active service to his community.

Throughout his long and committed career, Todd has held numerous roles that reflect his versatility, leadership, and deep knowledge of the fire service. His positions have included Interior Firefighter, Chauffeur, LOSAP Administrator, House Committee, Executive Board, Web Master as well as 1st & 2nd FP Lieutenant. Each role has allowed him to contribute in meaningful ways to the safety, organization, and forward progress of the department.

A lifelong Rockland County resident, Todd continues to serve with pride as one of the department’s Fire Police Officers and as the Department Fire Police Captain. His decades of experience and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable member of the WHFD and a respected figure in the local fire service community.
